Shipping Policy

Express Shipping
Our express shipping service is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Shipping. Your order will usually dispatched on the next working day with your item being delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed during Saturday and Sunday shall be dispatched the next working day and with delivery being completed within 1-2 working days.

Please note, delivery times are based on business days only and may be affected by public holidays, i.e. bank holidays.

The cost of this service is £3.99 for one or multiple items.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping service is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Shipping. Your order will usually be dispatched on the next working day with your item being delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

The cost of this service is £2.99 for one or multiple items.

International Shipping - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed

Our International Royal Mail delivery service is a combined tracked and signed service. This service offers full end-to-end tracking, with signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

This service delivers to Europe within 7-14 working days and worldwide within 12-20 working days.

Modesty By Aisha ships to several countries worldwide. However, if you wish to place an order and your country is not on our shipping list, please email us at info@modestybyaisha.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Custom, duties and taxes

Modesty By Aisha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order outside the UK. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that once your order reaches the destination country, customs are also affect how long it takes to be delivered to you. We have no control over how long customs take to check and release your items.

Missed deliveries

If you miss your delivery, the courier should leave a card notifying you of a delivery attempt and provide details for possible re-delivery. If the courier has failed to leave a card, re-delivery can be arranged online using your tracking number. Please find your tracking number in the email sent to you and arrange this before contacting us for assistance.

If you fail to collect your parcel from the courier company, after a period of time it will usually be returned back to us, and we will refund you for the items purchased, not postage costs. We are not responsible for shipping the item back out to you. However in some cases, failure to collect your order can result in your parcel getting lost and we are not obliged to refund you if this happens.

Incorrect shipping details

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and name when ordering. Modesty By Aisha is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered. In this event that this happens, orders are usually returned back to us and the customer will be refunded for their item purchased, not the postage cost. We are not responsible for shipping items back out to customers if they are returned to us. If you wish to change address details after making a purchase, this may be possible depending on whether or not your order has been dispatched.

Damages

Modesty By Aisha is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please directly contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
