Refunds & Returns 

Outside of your statuory rights, we do not offer discretionary refunds.

We are happy to offer an exchange (with any item / size) or a credit note with no expiration date.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, please contact us at modestybyaisha1@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We are not responsible to pay for your shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item to be exchanged. We are not responsible for any loss of items in the post without a tracking number. 

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the cost of shipping for any order initially eligible for free shipping.

Exchange Process 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange parcel, and let you know if the exchanged was approved or not. If approved, we will send you your exchange item(s) and send you the tracking information. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
 
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged such as Hijabs, Hijab Caps/ Undercaps. 
 

Online Cancellation Rights

If you purchase from us online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Where this right applies, please notify us within the 14-day period. You will then have 14 days to return the item.

Where a refund is required under UK consumer law, it will be made to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
