Shipping policy

Delivery

Order must be completed by 3:30pm (Mon - Fri) to be dispatched on the same working day. Please make sure you have put in the correct address to avoid any shipping delays.

UK Orders

All UK orders over £100 will include free delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48).

Royal Mail Tracked 24: You will receive your order in 1-2 Working Days as long as you have ordered before 3:30pm (Monday - Friday). £3.99

Royal Mail Tracked 48: You will receive your order in 2-3 Working Days as long as you have ordered before 3:30pm (Monday - Friday). £2.99 

Orders placed during Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Please note, delivery times are based on business days only and may be affected by public holidays, i.e. bank holidays. 

International

USA and Canada

All orders over $200 will include free delivery.

USA orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked shipping and will arrive within 5 to 7 working days. This service offers full end-to-end tracking, with proof of delivery and an online delivery confirmation. $20.00 USD.

Mainland Europe

All orders over £150 will include free delivery.

Orders to Mainland Europe are shipped via a tracked standard shipping service and arrive in 3 to 7 working days. 15.00 EUR.

Rest of the World

To countries/areas not mentioned above, there is a standard shipping service rate is calculated at checkout.

Custom, duties and taxes 

Modesty By Aisha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order outside the UK. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please be aware that once your order reaches the destination country, customs are also affect how long it takes to be delivered to you. We have no control over how long customs take to check and release your items.

Please not that returned orders with unpaid customs fees and international returns will not be issued a refund for their shipping costs.

Missed deliveries
If you miss your delivery, the courier should leave a card notifying you of a delivery attempt and provide details for possible re-delivery. If the courier has failed to leave a card, re-delivery can be arranged online using your tracking number. Please find your tracking number in the email sent to you and arrange this before contacting us for assistance. 

If you fail to collect your parcel from the courier company, after a period of time it will usually be returned back to us, and we will refund you for the items purchased. However, we will deduct a 10% restocking fee and our shipping costs from the refund amount. We are not responsible for shipping the item back out to you. However in some cases, failure to collect your order can result in your parcel getting lost and we are not obliged to refund you if this happens.

Incorrect shipping details
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and name when ordering. Modesty By Aisha is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered. In this event that this happens, orders are usually returned back to us and the customer will be refunded for their item purchased, not the postage cost. We are not responsible for shipping items back out to customers if they are returned to us. If you wish to change address details after making a purchase, this may be possible depending on whether or not your order has been dispatched.

Damages

Modesty By Aisha is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please directly contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
